From October 9th to 25th, 2026, participating Guu locations in Vancouver will be featuring a special selection of limited-time dishes showcasing matsutake, a prized seasonal mushroom known for its distinctive aroma and delicate, earthy flavor.
Matsutake has long been associated with autumn in Japanese cuisine, making its brief season something to look forward to each year. Our Matsutake Fair is a chance to experience this seasonal ingredient in a variety of dishes, each highlighting its unique character.
