Hi, My name is Jefferson Insorio. I started working at Guu Original Thurlow August 1st 2015.
I have been introduced to Guu family and they have welcomed me as a part of the family.
I have experience as a chef but Japanese Izakaya cuisine was a new big challenge for me. The passion they have shown me was stunning.
I have learned little by little from basic Japanese cooking as well as the language and their beautiful culture.
