- Maximum group reservation size is 7 people on Friday and Saturday (Please call us directly for parties of 8 or more for weekday reservations).
- Maximum seating time is 2 hours on Fridays, Saturdays and evenings before holidays.
- Guu will hold your table for any reservation(s) up to 15 minutes after your scheduled dining time. At this point GUU reserves the right to re-allocate the table to another visitor with no guarantee that you will be able to take advantage of the reservation.
- Please keep in mind – We do keep seats available for walk-in customers as well, No available seats on the open-table system (online reservation system) does not always mean we are fully booked.

Guu with Otokomae in Gastown brings a contemporary twist to the regular Izakaya menu. “Otokomae” means
“being an ambassador for men (representing their best features)” or “true masculinity”, both physically and
mentally. Each of our dishes carefully crafted to an almost “art-like” perfection, making them both visually
pleasing and delicious. Otokomae is perfect for groups, or even a sophisticated dinner for two at the
