To Our Neighbors
Thank you very much for your continued understanding and support.
Recently, we have received an increasing number of noise complaints from residents of the apartment building across the street.
At our restaurant, we consistently ask our customers:
- Not to gather in front of the restaurant
- To keep their voices down
However, it can be difficult to fully control the behavior of intoxicated customers. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Our restaurant has been operating in this neighborhood for 30 years, and it is thanks to the support of the local community that we have been able to thrive. We will continue to do our best to address these concerns and make improvements.
Regarding feedback to our restaurant, we sincerely appreciate your input. However, please note that we will only accept feedback if it includes your full name and email address. We use the feedback received to guide our staff and improve our operations.
Additionally, while our block is designated as a commercial area and there are no regulations requiring doors to remain closed during business hours, we will ensure that our doors remain closed after 9:00 PM in consideration of our neighbors.
Furthermore, we will continue to operate in compliance with Vancouver City’s Noise Control By-law No. 6555 and will take care to ensure that noise levels do not exceed the permitted standards.
